    2025-2026 OPEN ENROLLMENT FOR ALL BENEFITS WILL BEGIN JULY 7-AUGUST 15, 2025

    START HERE TO BEGIN ENROLLMENT ON 7/7/2025!

    ONLINE ENROLLMENT INSTRUCTIONS – ATTENTION: NEW LOGIN CREDENTIALS AND MULTIFACTOR AUTHENTICATION PROCESS 

    Visit: https://ffbenefits.ffga.com/eaglemountainsaginawisd  to view available benefits.

    When you are ready to enroll, click on the How to Enroll tab and click on the red Enroll Now button to login.

    Your login is your Social Security Number – no dashes. Your pin is the last four digits of your social security number and your full date of birth (MMDDYYYY).

     

    Employees will have access to enroll online themselves or call the Employee Assistance Center for help. New hires and current employees who would like to sit down with an enroller and will have the opportunity for onsite enrollment at the Administration Building or Eagle Mountain High School on the following dates:

    July 10th :   9:30 - 4:30 pm Administration Building (Discovery Lab)

    July 17th:  9:30- 4:30 pm Administration Building (Discovery Lab)

    July 24th  : 9:00 - 4:30 pm - Eagle Mountain High School (Cafeteria Area)

    August 4th :   9:30 am - 4:30 pm Eagle Mountain High School (Library) Date of Convocation

    New Hires Only - August 21st :  12:30 - 5:00 pm  Administration Building (Discovery Lab)

     

     WHAT'S NEW THIS YEAR?

     IMPORTANT!

    If you plan to elect ActiveCare Primary or Primary+ you will need to choose a PCP prior to your enrollment. We will not be able to search for providers during your enrollment call. Search providers on the BCBS website.
